Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for volume/bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ensuring timely closures.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with high-volume calling, multiple hiring requirements, and daily recruitment targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions.
• Manage bulk/volume hiring and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Assess candidates based on skills, communication, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive candidates from screening to offer and joining.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and ensure accurate candidate data.
• Minimize offer dropouts and joining no-shows through regular candidate engagement.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Required Skills1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Volume Hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and recruitment targets.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
• Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in bulk hiring, staffing, consultancy, BPO, sales, customer service, or non-IT recruitment will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period are preferred.
• Candidates residing in or around JP Nagar / South Bengaluru are preferred.
