We're Hiring: HR Recruiter Intern

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and people-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role is primarily focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time HR role based on performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across different job portals and platforms..

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews..

• Communicate with candidates and understand their skills, experience, and suitability for open positions..

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers..

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers..

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process..

• Support the HR team with onboarding and other recruitment-related activities..

• Take ownership of assigned hiring requirements and ensure positions are closed within timelines..

• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience..

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory – candidates should be confident in speaking and communicating in Hindi..

• Strong verbal and written communication skills..

• Smart, confident, proactive, and quick to learn..

• Good interpersonal and people-handling skills..

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously..

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills..

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment..

• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome..

Internship-to-Full-Time Opportunity

The initial engagement will be for 3 months as an HR Recruiter Intern.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, communication skills, consistency, and the ability to independently handle recruitment responsibilities during the internship will have the opportunity to join us on a full-time basis.
