Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
  • Allocate duties and work schedules to housekeeping team members.
  • Inspect rooms, offices, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment as required.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping services and resolve them promptly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.
