Job Description

We are hiring a Hospital Success Executive to manage Pay ₹0 operations across assigned hospitals. The role involves training hospital receptionists, driving bookings, supporting live operations and ensuring consistent performance after handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hospital management and receptionists.
  • Train staff on Pay ₹0 pitching, eligibility checks and bookings.
  • Work on-site with hospital staff during live operations.
  • Achieve daily booking and conversion targets.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Monitor hospital performance and improve conversions.
  • Train staff on relevant healthcare services.
  • Ensure smooth handover to hospital-owned operations.
  • Monitor performance after handover and provide support when required.
  • Collect patient feedback and resolve queries.
  • Travel across assigned hospitals.
