Home Loan Field Sales ExecutiveLocation: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Salary: Rs.18,000 – Rs. 20,000 + Incentives

• Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their residence, office, or property location (customer details will be provided by the company).
• Explain home loan products and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Assist customers in filling out home loan application forms.
• Submit completed loan files to the office as per bank requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and banks for any pending or additional documents.
• Follow up regularly with customers and bank officials to ensure timely loan processing.
• Update customers regarding loan status, sanction, and disbursement.
• After loan sanction, visit customers for agreement signing and other required formalities.
• Coordinate with banks for smooth loan disbursement.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum PUC / Degree.
• Experience in Banking, Home Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, or Field Sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Ability to travel within Bangalore for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and customer handling.
