Guest Relationship Executive (GRE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service
• Handle ticketing, F&B, and revenue-related activities.
• Ensure positive guest engagement during ticket bookings at the Box Office.
• Resolve guest queries related to cash and digital transactions.
• Ensure guest comfort and service quality at Concessions and Coffee Tree counters.
• Prepare and serve F&B products as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
• Drive suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling across Ticketing and F&B.
• Focus on increasing Spend Per Head (SPH) and overall cinema revenue.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
• Good English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks.
• Hospitality, Retail or F&B

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of POS billing and cash handling.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation and quality standards.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitization, and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer and billing system skills.
