Job Description

  • Ensure smooth maintenance and engineering operations across assigned restaurants.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing and repairs on time and maintain service records.
  • Attend and permanently resolve technical breakdowns, equipment issues and emergency maintenance at restaurants.
  • Handle maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, pumps and water systems.
  • Perform HVAC, refrigeration, DG sets, UPS and battery maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment, RO plants and fire & safety systems.
  • Carry out minor repairs of restaurant furniture, glass doors, racks and fixtures.
  • Maintain maintenance logbooks, vendor service reports and inventory usage records and report abnormalities to seniors.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned maintenance/R&M activities within timelines.
  • Carry and use the basic tools and equipment provided by the company for maintenance work.
