Job Description

  1. Greet visitors and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the facility, programs, and promotions.
  3. Assist in managing reservations, booking party events, and check-in/check-out processes for guests.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized play area from time to time.
  5. Handle customer complaints and ensure positive customer experiences.
  6. Manage appointment scheduling for parties, events, and group bookings.
  7. Maintain records and keep track of customer information in the system.
  8. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash register.
  9. Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to engage with families and
  10. promote special events, offers, and new activities.
  11. Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer comments or inquiries.
  12. olSupport the planning and execution of online campaigns and promotions to boost customer engagement.
