Job Description

* Manage incoming customer phone calls and reply to customer orders/inquiries on WhatsApp.

* Create and share customer bills/invoices via WhatsApp and collect online UPI/cash payments.

* Check customer delivery addresses on Google Maps, plan optimized routes, and book delivery partners.

* Hand over packed boxes to delivery riders with clear delivery directions and share delivery timelines with customers.

* Coordinate daily cutting, sowing, and packing requirements with internal farm workers.

* Greet occasional walk-in counter visitors and explain microgreens products.

* Maintain simple daily stock counts of seeds and packaging materials in MS Excel.
