Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers visiting the branch or contacting through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Handle customer queries regarding accounts, deposits, cards, loans, and digital banking services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Guide customers through account opening, KYC updates, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Promote bank products and services to existing and new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support branch operations and administrative activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Preferred)
- 12th Pass (HSC/Intermediate) with relevant customer service experience
