Franchise Sales Manager

• Handle incoming franchise enquiries and generate new leads.
• Speak with potential investors and understand their business background, requirements and investment capacity.
• Clearly explain the Freshco franchise model, investment, factory setup, products and business opportunity.
• Build strong relationships and trust with potential franchise partners.
• Handle objections, negotiate and convert qualified leads into franchise partners.
• Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp until closure.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for franchise onboarding and factory setup.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Fluent English and Hindi – speaking confidently and professionally.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and closing skills.
• Positive personality and ability to build trust quickly.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Previous experience in franchise sales, real estate, business development, insurance, banking or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with high-value investors and business owners.
• Willing to work from our MG Road, Bengaluru office.
