Job Description
- Qualification RequiredDiploma in Electronics Engineering
- ITI in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics
- Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities1. Daily Travel & Customer Support
- Travel within the assigned territory to attend customer complaints and provide on-site technical support.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
2. New Machine Installation
- Perform and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines at customer locations.
- Ensure proper machine functioning after installation.
3. Warranty & AMC/ASC Maintenance
- Attend maintenance and repair requirements for machines under warranty and Annual Service Contracts (ASC).
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
4. Breakdown Support
- Respond promptly to machine breakdown calls.
- Diagnose technical issues and take appropriate corrective action to restore machine operation.
5. Annual Service Contract (ASC) Sales
- Promote and sell Annual Service Contracts to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers and achieve assigned ASC sales targets.
6. Pre-Sales Technical Support
- Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process.
- Support the sales team with product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions
