Job Description
Important reminder- Real-estate sales candidates and glass/ interior design candidates should apply, not any other sales industry candidates.
Field Sales & Relationship building
- Meet homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors and potential customers.
- Conduct site visits, understand project requirements and present solutions professionally.
- Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong local network.
- Negotiate, close and coordinate orders through completion.
What We're Looking For
Must have:
2–5 years of sales experience with a proven ability to follow up and close customers.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with both phone-based and face-to-face selling.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Good working knowledge of English and local communication languages.
Relevant experience in any of the following is an advantage:
Interior design | Glass / architectural glass | Building materials | Premium home improvement
Modular kitchens / wardrobes | Bathroom solutions | Architecture / design products
Real estate | Premium B2C | B2B sales with architects, designers or contractors.
