Job Description
A Bengaluru-based B2B quick-commerce brand specialising in building materials and construction essentials. The company delivers products across electrical, plumbing, hardware, paints, tools, and other categories directly to construction sites, helping contractors and trade professionals access the materials they need quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct field visits and connect with contractors, dealers, traders, electricians, plumbers, and other B2B professionals.
* Explain product offerings across electrical, plumbing, hardware, paints, and building materials.
* Understand customer requirements, generate orders, and close sales.
* Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales or B2B sales.
* Hindi and Kannada are mandatory, basic English is sufficient.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
Salary & Benefits:
* Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
* Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹10,000.
* Additionally TA/DA provided.
