About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote QuickRide's carpooling services and expand our customer base. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, business development, and promoting the platform across different locations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential customers to promote QuickRide services.
- Conduct field visits to apartments, offices, tech parks, and commercial areas.
- Generate leads and convert them into active users.
- Explain the benefits of carpooling and encourage app registrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team and provide regular sales updates.
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with different types of customers.
- Preferred QualificationsAny bachelor's degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile applications.
