Job Description
- job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and potential clients regularly.
- Generate new leads through field visits and direct sales activities.
- Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and order/process follow-up.
- Submit regular sales and field activity reports.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling skills.
- Lead generation and direct-sales ability.
- Comfortable with daily field visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/WhatsApp for reporting.
