Field Sales Executive

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with experience in plywood, laminates, or building material sales. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and well-versed in market visits, dealer handling, and order generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to hardware shops, door/plywood dealers, builder sites, and commercial clients to present product lines and catalogs.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new sales opportunities, pitch product benefits directly to decision-makers, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Sales Presentations: Use physical product samples, digital presentations, and technical spec sheets during client and shop visits to effectively demonstrate product quality.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales volume targets within the assigned geographic region.

Market Mapping & Competitor Tracking: Gather insights on market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to report back to management.

Relationship & Payment Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with clients to secure repeat orders, assist with smooth delivery coordination, and ensure timely payment collections.
