Job Description

Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, home loans, LAP, and other financial products through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local networking.

Meet customers and understand their loan requirements, income, employment/business profile, and eligibility.

Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and processing charges.

Collect and verify customer KYC, income, banking, and other required documents.

Submit applications to the appropriate bank/NBFC through the DSA channel.

Coordinate with bank/NBFC teams for login, verification, sanction, and disbursement.

Follow up with customers throughout the loan process and resolve documentation issues.

Maintain a regular pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.

Build relationships with customers, agents, local businesses, and referral sources.
