Field Sales

Job Description - B2B Sales(Broadband sales) :

·      Generate leads and new business: 

Proactively seek new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media to generate leads. 

·      Build and maintain client relationships: 

Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients to identify new opportunities and ensure repeat business. 

·      Conduct market research: 

Analyse the market to identify selling opportunities, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activities. 

·      Deliver presentations and demonstrations: 

Prepare and deliver compelling product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 

·      Negotiate and close deals: 

Negotiate contracts and pricing, and finalize sales to meet or exceed targets. 

·      Provide after-sales support: 

Ensure customer satisfaction after a sale, which encourages loyalty and referrals. 

·      Manage sales data and reporting: 

Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools, and create reports with sales and financial data to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. 

Basic requirement:

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

·      Ability to build rapport and strong relationships.

·      Strong commercial awareness and product knowledge.

·      Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and pressure.

·      Proficiency with sales reporting. 

·      2 - 4-year experience in ISP sales/ Broadband sales must
