👥 FR Count:** 20 Positions
💼 Role:** Field Recruiter – Home Cooks
💰 Salary & Benefits
*Fixed Pay:** ₹27,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience
* Incentives:** Additional incentives linked to performance
* Travel Allowance:** Up to ₹2,500
* Working Hours:** 10 hours per day
* Qualification:** Minimum 12th Pass
### 📋 Roles & Responsibilities
* Daily hiring and recruitment of **Home Cook candidates**.
* Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks and other recruitment channels.
* Explain job roles, salary, working conditions and company policies to candidates.
* Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Coordinate candidate interviews and joining formalities.
* Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
* Achieve assigned daily and monthly hiring targets.
* Support candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
🗣️ Language Requirement
* **Hindi is mandatory.**
* Basic communication skills in English/Kannada will be an added advantage.
