Job Description
We are hiring permanent onrole E-commerce Recruiters– Genius HR Tech at Bangalore, Kochi, Hyderabad, Chennai locations
Role: E-commerce Recruiter (Field / Volume Hiring)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Roll, 5 days Working (Mon-Fri)
Location: Field visits across hubs & catchment areas across the location.
Salary (NTH): Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 32,000 per month inhand after pf and other deductions
Openings: Multiple
Job Role:
Responsible for high-volume, on-ground hiring of last-mile delivery riders, pickers & packers. Includes field/catchment mobilization, multi-channel sourcing, daily candidate line-ups, screening, document verification, and dropout management till joining.
Candidate Requirement:
- Recruitment experience in high-volume / blue-collar / last-mile hiring (prior experience hiring for Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato, Shadowfax or vendor partners preferred)
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Fluent in local language; working knowledge of English/Hindi
- Comfortable with field hiring
