Position: Field Sales Executive / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their location through company-provided leads.
- Meet customers in residential areas, apartments, offices and commercial locations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear, frames and lenses.
- Assist customers with basic eye power screening using company-provided tools.
- Explain Lenskart products, offers, prices and benefits.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses.
- Provide excellent customer service and customer support.
- Build positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Collect required customer details and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Provide customers with information about products, services and available offers.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
- Eligibility12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
