Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, customer-focused, and sales-driven Consultants to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering personalized customer service, driving store sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect the values of the P N RAO brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and styling solutions.
• Maximize store sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and relationship building.
• Contribute towards achieving individual and store sales targets in terms of both value and volume.
• Build long-term customer relationships by maintaining customer data and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Inform customers about new collections, seasonal trends, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Ensure accurate stock management, including stock counting, replenishment, and inventory maintenance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Uphold the highest standards of store ambience, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Adhere to company policies on grooming, attendance, and workplace discipline.
• Monitor and achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience.

Requirements

• 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
• 1–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in formal men's wear and Suits.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising (VM) is preferred.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong passion for sales.
• Good product knowledge or the willingness to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as per retail requirements.
