3. OPERATIONS & PRODUCTION LEAD — EVENTS & WEDDINGS
Experience: 3–6 years
Background: Event Production / Wedding Production / Experiential / Exhibition
Job Description
* Take approved designs from concept to execution.
* Manage fabrication, florals, printing, rentals, staging and other vendors.
* Prepare production timelines, checklists, BOQs and requirements.
* Coordinate vendors, materials, logistics and site installations.
* Conduct site visits and supervise execution.
* Ensure quality, timelines and design specifications are maintained.
* Troubleshoot on-ground issues and manage dismantling/post-event closure.
Must-Have
* Strong event production and vendor-management experience
* Good understanding of fabrication and event decor
* Ability to read layouts/drawings
* Excellent organisation and communication
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Calm under pressure
* Comfortable with site work, travel and long event days
