About the Role

Yello! Living is looking for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor to manage day-to-day engineering, maintenance, and utility operations at our property in Whitefield.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance activities.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, pumps, RO systems, DG, ACs, geysers, STP and general building maintenance.
• Attend to resident maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify issues proactively.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs and daily reports.
• Ensure smooth functioning of property utilities and minimize breakdowns.
• Ensure maintenance work follows safety standards.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Front Office teams for maintenance and room readiness.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Hotel, Co-Living, PG, Residential, Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, DG, pumps, RO systems and general maintenance.
• Experience managing technicians and vendors.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations.
