E-Commerce Manager

1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment/processing, and shipping.

2. Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and performance standards.

3. Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency.

4. Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipping and delivery.

5. Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and prevent stockouts.

6. Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and damages.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

8. Managing and processing effectively the return orders, inspecting & quality checks the return orders effectively. Process return claims with the ecommerce channels accordingly.

9. Managing customer complaints through WhatsApp if any and managing the product feedback.

10. Place new stock items order and other packing materials on time with suppliers before going out of stock and manage the in ward new stocks and make the purchase entry in the omnichannel portal.

11. Manage all e-commerce platform modules and inventory.

12. Good communication skills to maintain health relationships with the suppliers and vendors.
