Dispatch Executive

Job purpose To effectively manage regional dispatch and logistics operations and customer care. Main Accountabilities • Supervising day-to-day operations in the logistics & Stores • Implementing process wherever required to streamline the services. • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all dispatch activities. • Optimum utilization of resources. • Positive & Proactive approach. • Maintaining good relations with all internal stakeholders for the fastest execution of any task • Overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management and delivery boys • Leading and motivating logistics teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring staff development. • Overseeing the implementation of new logistics technologies and methodologies to improve supply chain visibility and performance. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks within the logistics operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols. • Building strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms for goods and services. • Addressing and resolving any problems or challenges that arise within the logistics operations. • ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers and other locations • managing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, including tasks like dispatching, route planning, inventory management, and communication with various stakeholders • Maintaining accurate records of all shipments, invoices, and other relevant documents. • Transportation Management: Coordinating with Delivery boys/Courier companies/ Bus parcels and airlines parcels transportation ensuring timely delivery, and managing any issues that arise during transit. • Communication: Maintaining clear communication channels with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant parties.
