Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.

• Own the complete performance marketing funnel — from campaign → lead → qualified lead → site visit → booking.
• Manage monthly advertising budgets and optimize allocation based on ROI and business objectives.
• Develop campaign strategies based on target audience, project positioning, location, pricing, and customer intent
• Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, audiences, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPQL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS,site visits, bookings, and revenue.
• Work closely with the Sales and CRM teams to understand lead quality and identify gaps in the marketing-to-sales funnel.
• Analyse CRM and campaign data to identify high-performing audiences, campaigns, locations, and customer segments.
• Build remarketing and retargeting strategies using platforms such as Meta,Google, WhatsApp, and CRM databases.
• Conduct regular campaign and funnel analysis and present actionable insights to management.
• Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms, tracking, attribution, and performance marketing best practices.
• Take ownership of achieving agreed lead, site visit, booking, and revenue targets.
