Digital Marketing Executive

  • Location: RR Nagar, Bengaluru
  • Experience: 1 - 3 Years
  • Salary Budget: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to handle online lead generation, basic graphic/creative designing, and performance ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to drive quality lead generation.
  • Create engaging marketing creatives, banners, and ad visuals using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the sales/presales teams to ensure the smooth flow and quality of generated leads.
  • Stay updated with digital trends to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically running paid ads and generating leads.
  • Good aesthetic and creative design skills for digital content creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset to understand performance metrics and audience behaviour
