Digital Marketing Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our elevator installation, modernization, AMC, and maintenance business.

The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating digital campaigns, and improving the company's online presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate business leads.
• Manage company social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, banners, and other marketing content.
• Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and marketing costs.
• Generate and maintain a database of digital leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
• Develop content related to new elevator installations, elevator modernization, AMC, maintenance, safety, and services.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to collect project/site information for marketing content.
• Improve website content, landing pages, SEO, and overall website visibility.
• Conduct basic SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and online market research.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports covering leads, campaigns, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
• Support branding activities and ensure consistency of company branding across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, agencies, and other vendors whenever required.
• Track current digital marketing trends and implement new ideas to improve lead generation and brand awareness.
• Lead Generation & Sales SupportGenerate qualified leads through digital channels.
• Develop campaigns targeting builders, apartment associations, facility managers, industries, commercial buildings, and residential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up of digital leads.
• Track lead status from generation to conversion.
• Identify high-performing campaigns and optimize them for better ROI.

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

Experience in B2B, engineering, manufacturing, construction, real estate, elevator, or similar industries will be preferred
