Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Nutritionist who has a strong interest in sales, marketing, healthcare networking and new product development.

This is not a desk-based nutritionist role. The candidate should be comfortable meeting doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, hospitals, clinics and wellness professionals, creating awareness about our products and developing long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, hospitals and clinics to introduce and create awareness about Arivu Foods products.
• Develop new doctor, hospital, clinic and nutritionist partnerships and convert opportunities into business.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling and demonstrations with healthcare and wellness professionals.
• Regularly follow up with potential partners and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Identify new opportunities for institutional sales, referrals, collaborations and product tie-ups.
• Work closely with external nutritionists and healthcare professionals for new product development and improvement of existing products.
• Provide nutritional inputs on ingredients, formulations, serving sizes, product positioning and consumer requirements.
• Collect structured feedback from doctors, nutritionists and customers and communicate insights to the internal team.
• Support product launches, awareness campaigns, health camps and other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, production and management teams to take initiatives from idea to execution.
• Keep track of meetings, leads, follow-ups, conversions and market feedback.
• Represent Arivu Foods professionally and confidently in external meetings.

Candidate We Are Looking For

• Qualification in Nutrition / Dietetics / Food Science or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field visits, networking and meeting new people.
• Interest in sales and business development, along with nutrition.
• Go-getter attitude with the ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities.
• Confident in presenting and explaining nutritional products to healthcare professionals.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding that the role involves both nutrition and business growth.
• Ability to take ownership and work with minimal supervision.
• Startup mindset – adaptable, resourceful, proactive and willing to take up responsibilities beyond a fixed job description.
• Curious about new ingredients, nutrition trends and innovative food products.
• Candidates with prior experience in healthcare, nutrition, nutraceutical, functional food, FMCG or wellness sales will be preferred.
