Job Description
- Personally handle and complete local deliveries and collections.
- Use Porter, courier and other logistics services for larger or outstation consignments.
- Travel to different states and locations as required for deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery, including coordinating with logistics partners.
- Maintain delivery records, acknowledgements and proof of delivery.
- Report daily to the Operations team on deliveries, shipments and pending activities.
- Be present in the office on working days and support general operational requirements.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and consumables such as paper, stationery, packaging materials, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials are available when required.
- Take ownership of assigned deliveries and operational tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
