Job Description
*Hiring: Associate Customer Support – Voice Process*
📍 *Location:* Electronic City, Bangalore
💰 *Salary:* ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA
👤 *Experience:* Fresher – 12 Months
🎓 *Qualification:* Any Graduate / UG
🗣️ *Requirement:* Excellent English Voice Communication
⌨️ *Typing:* Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy
💻 *Computer Skills:* Basic knowledge of MS Office & computer operations
🚌 *Transport:* Both-side transportation provided
🎂 *Age:* Below 37 years
*Role:*
• Handle inbound customer queries
• Resolve customer issues professionally
• Navigate customer accounts and policies using cloud-based tools
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Escalate issues appropriately
