🔹 Key Responsibilities
📞 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
💬 Assist customers with account-related queries, membership plans, renewals, and profile-related concerns.
💡 Explain membership benefits, subscription plans, and renewal options.
🤝 Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
😊 Maintain customer satisfaction and build positive customer relationships.
📲 Follow up with customers regarding renewals and service requests.
🎯 Achieve assigned customer service and renewal targets.
📝 Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification: HSC Pass or Graduate
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service / Customer Support / Renewals – Voice Process
🗣️ Languages: English + Kannada / Telugu / Tamil (minimum 2 languages, including English)
🎂 Age Limit: 18–34 years
✨ Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills
👍 Stable employment history and a customer-oriented mindset
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 Take-Home Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and experience)
📅 Weekly Off: 2 rotational weekdays off
👩 Female Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
👨 Male Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
