Job DescriptionWe are hiring Voice Process Executives for our Bangalore operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a customer-first approach.

You will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding their concerns, providing accurate resolutions, and maintaining service quality as per defined process standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow defined SOPs, process guidelines, and escalation procedures.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Achieve assigned KPIs such as AHT, Quality, CSAT, FCR and productivity.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positive communication throughout customer interactions.
• Candidate RequirementsExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/tools.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts / US shifts, depending on the process.
• Candidates with BPO, customer service, international voice, or call-centre experience are preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply for eligible processes.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Graduate.
• ExperienceFreshers to 5 years of relevant experience can apply.
• International Voice Process experience will be an added advantage.
