Customer Support Executive

JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

Looking for a dynamic candidate who is willing to solve the problem-oriented task in the logistic process and to take care of individual home delivery orders dispatched with documents in a proper manner.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating daily Dispatch Report
• Finding a right courier partner & Generating the picklist & dockets through the system
• To Update Tracking Reports to customers
• To Resolve customer queries through the ticketing management system(Freshdesk).
• To complete tasks in the Zoho Project on a daily basis.
• To handle escalation cases with courier partners to resolve them.
• To ask for credit notes for shipments lost from courier partners.
• To maintain the records of courier performance delivery percentage report.
• To generate a dashboard report of each particular client.
• To maintain inventory updates of each order.
• To help your teammate work related queries

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Specific skills:
• Preferable Microsoft Advanced Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of current logistic software functions
• Experience with Any E-commerce platform functional process. Preferable Knowledge of Report Mechanism online tools.

• Behavioural:
• Good communication & Presentation skills
• Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential 
• information Enthusiastic and should be taking initiatives

REQUISITE CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Education Qualification/Background: Any Graduate with any Specialization PUC Pass Out candidate

Preferable SSLC / 10th STD Pass Out Candidate

• Preferred Industry (or specific exposure):

Logistic functional Activities knowledge

• Relevant Work Experience (years):

1 year and above

Preferable Fresher’s

• Age Mix (range): Above 18 Years
• Other Remarks: Located in Bengaluru to easily travel for office.
