• EligibilityQualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any Sales domain – Mandatory
• Language: Good English + Any 1 Regional Language
• Candidates with relevant Insurance Sales experience will be preferred.
• CompensationCTC: ₹22,000 per month
• CTC for Insurance Experience: ₹25,000 per month
• Take Home: ₹21,500 – ₹24,500 per month
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions and understand their requirements.
• Explain insurance products, plans, and benefits clearly.
• Generate and convert sales leads.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with customers.

2. ATHER – VOICE PROCESS🔴 HIGH PRIORITY | 60 POSITIONSPosition: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

• EligibilityQualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Language: Good English + Any 2 Regional Languages – Fluent
• Alternative Requirement: Good English + Fluent Hindi – 40 Positions
• Freshers: 50%
• Experienced Candidates: 50%
• CompensationCTC: ₹23,000 per month
• Take Home: ₹22,500 per month
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Understand customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.
• Maintain excellent customer experience and service quality.
• Follow process guidelines and meet assigned performance parameters.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

3. ATHER – NON-VOICE PROCESS🔴 HIGH PRIORITY | 20 POSITIONSPosition: Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice Process

• EligibilityQualification: Graduation – Mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Non-Voice Process – Mandatory
• Language: Good English + Any 1 Regional Language
• Strong written communication and good computer skills are preferred.
• CompensationCTC: ₹23,000 per month
• Take Home: ₹22,500 per month
• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through non-voice channels.
• Process emails, tickets, chats, or other assigned customer interactions.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Follow process guidelines and ensure proper documentation.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
