Customer Support Executive

A Customer Care Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves communicating with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
• Handle customer requests, escalations, and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meet quality standards, response time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services when applicable.
• Process customer requests, orders, refunds, or service modifications as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Generate daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and issue resolution.
