Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, understanding their concerns, providing accurate information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Candidates with prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services or Customer Support will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and concerns through calls and other support channels.
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely assistance.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, queries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Follow up with customers wherever required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Follow company policies, processes and compliance requirements.
• Achieve assigned customer support and performance targets.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in Customer Support / Customer Service is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services will be given preference.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve their concerns.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to maintain customer records and follow-ups.
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
