*About the Role*

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage daily front office operations and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for children and families visiting the center. The role involves handling appointments, client communication, payments, coordination with therapists, and overall administrative support.

*Key Responsibilities*

Welcome and assist clients and families professionally

Manage appointments, therapist schedules, and attendance

Handle client payments and maintain records

Share session reports and coordinate follow-ups

Conduct feedback calls and address client concerns

Support day-to-day center operations and documentation

*Requirements*

Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or client servicing

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of MS Office and scheduling tools

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or child development is a plus
