About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably within the Banking or Insurance sector, and will be responsible for driving customer engagement and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound sales calls

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Commerce background preferred

Experience

• 3–6 years of relevant sales experience

• Prior experience in Banking or Insurance sales strongly preferred

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Ability to handle high call volumes (up to 100 calls/day)

• Target-driven with a results-oriented approach

Language Proficiency (2 openings — specific requirement per position)

• Position 1: Fluency in Hindi

• Position 2: Fluency in Kannada and Telugu
