Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and a professional approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through phone calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Service for issue resolution.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, orders, payments, and processes.
• Meet defined customer service targets, response times, and performance standards.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the management team.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer support systems/CRM.

• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service, customer support, retail, BPO, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
