• 80% Male Candidates
• 20% Female Candidates
🕐 SHIFT DETAILS
👨 Male Candidates:
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Shift will not be fixed.
👩 Female Candidates:
• Shift window: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Any 9-hour shift will be provided within this window.
📋 ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
• Explain products/services clearly whenever required.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Handle customer concerns while maintaining service quality.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain a positive customer experience.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates must meet the required language criteria.
• Flexible to work as per the applicable shift requirements.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
💰 SALARY & TRAINING
• CTC: ₹21,000 – ₹23,000
• Approx. Take Home: ₹18,500 – ₹20,000
• Salary depends on interview performance and applicable process salary structure.
• PF, ESIC, tax and other applicable deductions will be as per the applicable salary structure.
• Training Duration: 45 Days
• Training Amount: ₹15,000
