Job Description

We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and resolve customer complaints.

- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.


Salary and Benefits:


- Salary range: INR 14,000 to 18,000 per month.
