Job DescriptionWe are looking for a CRM Manager to handle the complete customer documentation and property registration process after a property is booked.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customers after property booking.
• Coordinate the complete documentation process.
• Verify and collect required customer documents.
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, legal team, and registration team.
• Follow up on agreements, documentation, and payment-related formalities.
• Coordinate the property registration process until completion.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation and registration activities.
• Resolve customer queries related to documentation and registration.
• Requirements1–4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Documentation / Customer Relationship Management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of property documentation and registration processes.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and transactions.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month
