Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Mexican rice bowls, burrito bowls, salads and continental meals
- Handle preparation of rice, beans, vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings and toppings
- Maintain consistent taste, portion size and presentation
- Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal options
- Follow standard recipes and portion-control guidelines
- Ensure proper food storage, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage daily mise en place and production requirements
- Minimise food wastage and maintain efficient ingredient usage
- Coordinate with the operations team for daily meal requirements
- Maintain food quality and service standards during high-volume production
