What Youll Do

You will help shape learning experiences that are as thoughtful as they are visual - translating complex ideas into content that feels intuitive, exciting, and teacher-ready. Working alongside illustrators, animators, editors, and engineers, youll turn your creative thinking into real-world tools that classrooms can use. Youll craft, collaborate, and iterate adapting to feedback, co-creating in shared docs, and using AI tools as creative companions, not shortcuts.

• Design curriculum-aligned learning experiences that turn complex concepts into engaging tools including slides, scripts, explainers, and interactive applets, especially across Math, Science, and foundational subjects
• Think in learning arcs — using metaphors, real-world connections, and scaffolds to help students go from “Huh?” to “Aha!”
• Work fluidly in collaborative environments — drafting in shared docs, co-creating in real time, and adapting your creative process using AI tools and co-pilots when needed (think: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude — not to replace your thinking, but to stretch it)
• Iterate based on classroom and stakeholder feedback — always aiming to make learning clearer, deeper, and more delightful
