Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation


* Shoot short-form videos and Reels using a smartphone/camera.

* Capture football, cricket, badminton and pickleball activities.

* Create behind-the-scenes content.

* Capture customer reactions, testimonials and player stories.

* Cover tournaments, events, academies and corporate activities.

* Create trend-based and entertaining sports content.

* Identify interesting moments and convert them into content.

* Regularly capture photos and videos of the facility, people and experiences.


2. Social Media Management


* Manage Densparq’s Instagram and other social media platforms.

* Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.

* Post Reels, Stories, carousels and other content consistently.

* Write engaging captions and CTAs.

* Respond to comments and relevant DMs.

* Engage with local sports communities, players, teams and creators.

* Monitor trends, sounds, formats and relevant sports conversations.
