Job Description

1. Co-ordinate with design team for drawings and material specification.

2. Co-ordinate with client for site readiness and updates on site progress.

3. Generate bill of materials based on the drawings and specification provided.

4. Prepare project schedule for each site ensuring optimum utilisation of men and material.

5. Ensure quality of workmanship and finishing.

6. Prepare checklist, snag works, completion and handover reports.
