Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor – CivilQualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of relevant site experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage and supervise construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other project teams.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Take measurements and maintain site records and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with the project engineer and management regarding site requirements and progress.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the work site.
• Identify and resolve basic site-related technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work as per project schedule.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors effectively.
• Willingness to work at construction/project sites.

Experience: 1–5 years in civil construction/site supervision.

Preferred Candidates: Diploma Civil / B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates with relevant site experience.
